Meet The Founder
Utpal has over 30 years of progressive and referenceable experience working globally in the IT industry. He has worked extensively within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance industry (BFSI), serving Fortune 500 clients in various capacities, including trusted advisor and client partner. He believes in building relationships based on trust and credibility with clients, partners, vendors, and colleagues alike. He has a very strong product development and ownership background, including successfully bringing to market multiple software products and platforms.
He effectively leverages his technology and business expertise to articulate complex technical needs to non-technical audiences and vice versa. At SKAPS he helps customers with strategic planning, Growth strategies and establishing robust outreach to prospects and clients. He serves as an advisor to companies in SMB space and Startups. He hails from very modest background and feels very fortunate to have all the opportunities in life. He looks to support less fortunate by serving through various charitable organizations and community activities. He is at present serving on the board for 3 non-profit organization namely Spherule Foundation, Global Connections Foundation and Nonprofit Connect.

Inventor/holder for Integrated Trading Information Processing & Transmission System for Exempt Securities Patent Series.
Deep understanding of Fintech Space. Co-founder of two startups in OTC settlements, payments, and liquidity management space. Advisor to Fintech Companies including intellectual property (IP) and US Patent Process.
